  • Orders are usually processed within 1 working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Time

  • We currently deliver orders within Sri Lanka only.

  • Once your order is confirmed, delivery will take approximately 3 to 4 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Payment Method

  • At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only available payment method.

  • Customers are required to pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery.

Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to most locations across Sri Lanka.

  • If your area is not serviceable by our courier partner, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or cancel the order with prior notice.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the customer, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

  • In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply.
